SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

 

Shipping charges are based on the cost of your merchandise before taxes. Standard ground and two-day shipping rates are applicable for orders shipped within the continental United States.  For overnight shipping contact us at 310.271.6106. 

 

 

 

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, APO, and FPO Addresses:

Please add $10 to standard shipping rates and $25 to express shipping rates.


Canada:


Please add $20 to standard shipping rates.  For express shipping, we will provide you with an estimate of shipping costs after you place your order.

International Deliveries:
 

We can ship anywhere in the world.   After you have placed your order, we will provide you with an estimate of shipping costs.  You will be billed for global shipping costs at the time your package is shipped.  Contact us for more information on the rates for a particular destination.

Customs and Duties:

 

Please note that our shipping quotes do not include any applicable duties, valued added taxes, or import consumption taxes.  The recipient of the merchandise will be responsible for paying these duties and taxes upon delivery.  You will be charged for customs duties if we are invoiced for them.

 

Over-sized Charges:
 

Certain larger items are subject to an over-sized delivery charge.  These are noted in parentheses after the item price and is in addition to standard shipping rates.

Address Correction Fees:
 

You are responsible for providing us with accurate and deliverable addresses with your order. If we are charged address correction, returned shipment, or re-shipping fees by the carrier delivering your order, those fees will be charged to your credit card.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Your Satisfaction is Important to Us

Francis-Orr wants you to be satisfied with every item you purchase online. If you are not satisfied, you may return the unused merchandise in its original packaging within 15 days from when you received it. Please include your packing slip that came with your order so we can quickly apply your credit. Please see below for details and instructions and restrictions on making returns.

If your return is a result of manufacturer error, you will be refunded all costs (including shipping & handling). If you're return is NOT a result of a manufacturer error then your return will apply to the below restrictions.

You get a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

No returns accepted after 15 days except during the holiday season because we know you are buying great gifts for Christmas and you may need extra time for your return.  See below.

You can expect to receive your refund within 15 days after Francis-Orr Beverly Hills receives your return.

Holiday Return Policy: All purchases made on November 24th through December 25th will have up to Jan 15th to return for exchange.
 

EXCHANGES:

 

We don't actually exchange a product. Rather, we ask that you use the system below to RETURN the product you wish to exchange (we will pay for the return shipping only) and place a NEW ORDER for the replacement product.


PLEASE NOTE:


1) You must use the system below to return your product.
2) You must initiate a return WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT of your shipment.
3) The returned product must NOT SHOW ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR USE
4) The return must be accompanied by the ORIGINAL PACKING LIST that came with your shipment.

In the meantime, please place a NEW ORDER for the product you wish to exchange it for. Please keep in mind that your credit card will not be reimbursed for the original payment until we have received the returned product(s). Thanks!

For all items being exchanged, you are required to pay a flat rate for re-shipping orders. Shipping rates below:

  • $500.00 or less - $12.00 flat rate

  • $500.00 or more - $20.00 flat rate

Restrictions

The following items are not returnable:

  • Custom, monogrammed, engraved, and clearance items are not accepted for returns.

  • Used items such as candles that have been lite or soaps that were used.

  • Certain brands are ineligible for return; please see details for specific manufacturer return policies.
